MAJOR ACHEIVEMENTS

The Company has been undertaken major Building Projects at major centres and remote locations in both the Highlands and Coastal Regions of PNG.

Some of the major achievements include the successful completion of IPATAS CENTRE3Storey Provincial Government Office Complex in Wabag, Mobil Service Station Mt Hagen, Jimi High School Stage 1 to 4, CRI Office & Wet Factory, AUSAID RMO Buildings, 40 Houses under PJV Staff Housing, Kompiam High School Stage 2, SH District andAdministrative Office Buildings, Transit Inn,WH Provincial High Schools, SH Engineering Division Warehouse/Office Complex , ADB and WHPG Sponsored 30 Staff Houses and Health Centres in the Western Highlands, 2 Storey District Office Wapanamada and numerous other prestigious projects as shown on the attached Statement of Capability.

There has been a steady growth for new building construction work for medium to large size contracts and Niugini Builders has been involved and kept busy in a number of these Projects.

Niugini Builders has a wide range of modern plant and equipment at its disposal for use in its construction activities. We have reliable and reputable Suppliers and Sub Contractors who will back us up in civil works, sewerage, water supply, electrical and specialist works. The company occupies two large Industrial land blocks/warehouse in Lae and Mt Hagen which are ideal lay down and work areas with excellent Administrative support.
